SEDCO Precast Sdn. Bhd., a majority-owned subsidiary of SEDCO (Sabah Economic Development Corporation), was incorporated under The Company Act, 1965 on 13th December 1994 under the name Associated Concrete Products (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. (ACPS). The company operation began on 2nd January 2003 and only manufactured reinforced concrete piles and reinforce concrete box culverts for 10 years.

In March 2013, Sinajasa Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of public listed Gabungan AQRS Berhad became the new shareholder in ACPS when it acquired 49% stake in the company from Associated Concrete Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. in the company was officially renamed as SEDCO Precast Sdn. Bhd. on 17th February 2014 and at the same month, the company secured its 1st Industrialised Building System (IBS) project through Vinci Construction Grands Projets for the supply of precast planks for Plaza Shell, Kota Kinabalu. The company’s successful achievement in that project led to the supply of IBS components to other iconic project in Kota Kinabalu namely Makhamah Tinggi Kota Kinabalu, Custom Quarters and Jesselton Residence making it a prominent IBS supplier in Sabah.

SEDCO PRECAST involves in the manufacturing and dealing of precast concrete products with wide range of products.

The company had articulated its vision to identify strategic partners in the precast concrete segment to enable its expansion in the construction sector of Sabah and Sarawak.

In line with the Group’s mission, SEDCO PRECAST plans to become the premiere precast concrete provider in Sabah and Sarawak.
